About the Role

The Senior Social Media & Campaigns Executive is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising paid and organic social media activity targeting predominantly home energy customers. This includes always on acquisition and retention campaigns, as well as ad hoc Meta advertising designed to drive engagement, conversions and brand advocacy. The role owns the organisation’s social media strategy and risk audit processes, manages all social media tools and external relationships (including Hootsuite and content creators), and oversees the social media advertising budget with monthly reporting to Finance. You will also line manage a Social Media Content Executive to ensure adequate delivery of quality social media content is output in line with marketing pillars and KPIs. You will also support HR with recruitment advertising across social platforms and deliver induction and refresher training for customer care agents to ensure a high quality customer experience across all social channels.

 

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in paid and organic social media management for a B2C brand (especially Meta).

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).

• Confident communicator with training delivery experience.

• Ability to manage external partners (e.g. agencies, content creators).
